To ensure our quality and your approval, all new logos require a set up process. This process involves taking your graphic art and converting it into a production approved stitch file.

LEFT CHEST set-ups apply to all products but hats.
HAT ORDERS require a separate set up file - meaning if you order polos & hats, your order requires TWO SET UP FEES.
How to get this fee waived? It’s discounted already for small business logos - but a bulk order request over 48pc.
